Document Scanning Changes

  • Scanning to a “Scan folder” will be disabled and no longer available
  • Scanning to email will replicate that feature
Go here to create the Flow
Sign in
You may have to “sign in” for the first time if you haven’t already done so, pick country/region > Get started

My Flows
On the next page, at the top click on My flows

Click on: The pencil
Click on the pencil next to Save Office 365 email attachments to OneDrive for Business.
Click on: On new email
Click on On new email and click on Show advanced options

In the From field, enter the email address that has been configured on all scanners. (  Don’t forget to hit SAVE.

Applying all attachments
Click on Apply to each Attachment on the email, then click on Create file

Customizing the folder
Here you can change the folder that your attachments are saved to in OneDrive.  To do so, click on the folder icon at the end of Folder Path and select the folder you want.

Final steps
Click Save and then click on My flows again.  You may be prompted that if you leave the site your changes may not be saved.  If you’re worried, click Cancel and then click Save again at the bottom of the page.  You can click on My flows again and if the message appears again, click Leave.
